Programs Built for Every Age and Stage

Kids grow fast. What a three-year-old needs from a class looks nothing like what a teenager needs. That’s why every program at Action Karate Fairless Hills is designed around your child’s age, development, and goals. And if you’re an adult looking to train, there’s a place for you on the mat, too.

Adult Martial Arts Classes

You don’t have to be a kid to discover what martial arts does for you. Adults come in stressed and leave stronger. Classes build physical fitness and mental sharpness, and a lot of our adult students say the dojo is the one hour of their week that’s just for them.

Kids Martial Arts Classes

For school-age kids who need more than another sport. Our kids’ programs build focus, discipline, and real self-confidence through structured training that’s also genuinely fun. Parents notice the difference at home. Teachers notice it in the classroom.

Ninja Sharks Ages 3 to 6 Classes

Little ones this age have big energy and even bigger potential. Ninja Sharks gives them a structured, playful environment where they learn to listen, take turns, and move their bodies with purpose. Most parents are amazed by how much their 3-year-old picks up in just a few classes.

Special Needs Martial Arts Classes

Action Karate Fairless Hills welcomes students of all abilities. Our instructors adapt each class to meet every child where they are, and our open training floor gives every student room to move and grow at their own pace.

Birthday Parties

Skip the pizza party. Give your kid a birthday they’ll actually talk about. We host action-packed martial arts birthday parties right here in our facility. Everyone goes home with energy spent and smiles earned.

The Difference You'll Feel After the First Class

Because Kids Deserve More Than Another After-School Activity

Most families tell us they came in expecting a sport. What they found was something more like a second home.

Progress You Can Actually See

The belt system at Action Karate isn't just ceremonial. Each rank represents real skills earned through real effort. Your child will know what they're working toward and feel genuine pride every time they advance. That sense of earned achievement carries into every other area of their life.

Instructors Who Know Your Kid by Name

With a maximum of 22 students per class, nobody gets lost in the crowd. Our instructors learn how each student processes information and adjust their teaching accordingly. And because every instructor at Action Karate is background-checked and safety-certified, you can drop your child off and actually relax.

Character Development, Not Just Kicks

Respect, focus, self-control, and the courage to try again after failing. These are the real takeaways from every single class. We teach martial arts, but what leaves with your child every day are life skills that show up at the dinner table, in the classroom, and eventually on a resume.

Action Karate is the most caring community I’ve been blessed to be part of. I am learning self defense moves as well as life skills. I highly recommend Action Karate especially Action Karate - Fairless Hills location. You get a good workout and stress relief at the same time. The hours work with my schedule and they always have a theme or fun activity planned. Don’t wait, don’t think, just get on the mat! Thank you Action Karate.

My 7 year old son has been doing karate here for a month now. They made him feel so comfortable with a private little session away from everyone for the first time, learning some basics. The community is wonderful! I love the responsibility, discipline, and thoughtfulness they team the kids. They make the application of these skill practical for their life and things they deal with. Mr. Cam is warm and welcoming for the kids and not intimidating. Mr. Joe who teaches my sons classes can be firm but kind at the same time. It’s a great combination.

Short Story: Action Karate has been a great experience for my 4 year old who turned 5. In the past 6 months she has developed in ways that would not have been possible otherwise. This was an excellent journey for her to gain confidence in her self and learn how to interact with other before kindergarten.

Long story: My child is well behaved and socialized, but I was still nervous about her transitioning into Kindergarten. Like many other parents, I am guilty of too much screen time, and had worries about her attention span and following authority. After Action Karate came to her daycare, I tried a trial class. Now after 6 months, I have come to realize this experience has given my daughter much more than expected.

The program is very well thought out, focusing on discipline and self confidence. The instructors are very good with children, Mr. Cam and Joe run a great shop. This is not about self defense or sparring for her age, even though there is a touch of that, it is more about learning important lessons and physical activity. Some of the meaningful things covered in classes were: dealing with bullies, interacting with strangers, complimenting peers, following multistep directions, competing gracefully. These are topics not covered well in daycare.

There were times where I was a little uncomfortable; not being able to go out to the mat or talk to my daughter to assist, or watching her get yelled at for not following along. But this is what I was after; in school we won't be there to help our kids, and this was a chance to observe her work through difficult and awkward things, and sometimes we were able to work through those things together as well.

I highly recommend this program and location, and I expect to send my younger child through when she is of age.

Action Karate Fairless Hills has become a safe place for my children and myself over the near two years that we have been apart of this school so far. What we have gained is immeasurable to say the least. This group has quickly become like family to us. I expected to learn self defense but did not expect to walk away with so much more than that.

My step son started at Action Karate Fairless Hills in February and loves his classes (especially the karate in the park in the summer). Mr. Joe, Mr. Cam, and all other staff are so supportive of meeting each child where they are and building kid’s confidence. In April, we celebrated my stepson’s birthday at Action Karate Fairless Hills and we did not need to worry about anything other than a birthday cake! Food and drinks were included, and Ben got to cut his birthday cake with a samurai sword! Ben had so much fun showing his school friends his student creed as well as different skills he has learned as a martial artist! I am so excited to see his progress each class and I feel as though the community at Action Karate Fairless Hills is so helpful and understanding! I cannot recommend this location enough to families looking for a sport/activity for their loved one that teaches skills in physical strength and important values that they can carry with them throughout life.

This is a brand new location and both of the instructors, Joe and Cam are amazing!!!! My kid’s confidence soared in just 3 weeks of classes. They both take a very individualized approach to each single kid so no kid ever feels behind, left out or lost. They make sure each child is on the same level. They make the classes disciplined, educational, but also super fun!!!

Meet the Team

Choosing a martial arts school is about more than the curriculum. Here’s why Bethlehem families train with us.

Our Story

How Action Karate Fairless Hills Got Started

We opened in 2023 with a straightforward belief: every kid in Bucks County deserves access to the kind of training that builds character alongside physical ability. And it didn’t take long to find out that Fairless Hills families felt the same way.

No begging to go to practice. No meltdowns after class. Kids who train here genuinely look forward to it, and that enthusiasm becomes its own kind of discipline.
Parents notice their kids making eye contact with adults, speaking up in school, and handling frustration more calmly at home. These aren’t things we promise. They’re things families report back to us.
Families in our Fairless Hills school know each other. Kids build friendships here that extend beyond class. And the values we reinforce on the mat show up in how our students treat people off it.
Belt ceremonies, tournament days, the first time a shy kid bows in with real confidence. These are the moments parents come back and thank us for. And they’re exactly why we do this.

Martial arts helped shape my confidence, discipline, and mindset growing up, and I wanted to be able to pass that on and make that same impact on my students.

At Action Karate Fairless Hills, we teach Tang Soo Do — a Korean martial art that builds real self-defence skills, physical confidence, and a level of focus and discipline that parents notice at home. We opened in 2023 and have already reached a meaningful milestone: our first graduating class of black belts. That says something about the commitment of our students and the quality of what's being taught here. The training floor is one of the most spacious in the area — a large, open-air mat that gives everyone real room to move.
We run classes across the week for families throughout Bucks County and Falls Township. Use the form on this page to get the current schedule sent to you.
Just come comfortable. For your first session at Action Karate Fairless Hills, loose clothing you can move in is all you need. Your uniform (gi) is included in the $49 intro offer. Bare feet on the mat, no shoes required.
Fairless Hills runs programs starting at age 3 and going through to adult classes. We serve families from Pennsbury, Penn Ridge, and Penn Valley school communities and have active connections with Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, Roosevelt Elementary, Eleanor Roosevelt School, and the Falls Township Parks and Recreation Department. Coming up: Bristol Township Touch-a-Truck, Charlene Farms Touch-a-Truck, Bolton Mansion Food Truck Festival, Falls Township Historic Days, and Yardley Harvest Day. Our first class of black belts has just graduated — and they're proof of what this programme produces.
