Every Class Is Built for Where Your Child Is Right Now

From the very first nervous step through our door to the moment your child bows at their black belt ceremony, Action Karate Nazareth has a program designed for exactly where they are and where they’re headed. Choose the right fit below, or call us and we’ll help you find it.

Adult Martial Arts Classes

You don’t need a background in martial arts, just the decision to start. Our adult classes at Action Karate Nazareth build real self-defense skills, physical conditioning, and the kind of mental clarity that carries into every corner of your day. Whether you’re 22 or 52, you’ll be challenged at your level and surrounded by people who are rooting for you.

Kids Martial Arts Classes

Our kids’ classes go well beyond kicks and blocks. Children develop focus, respect, self-control, and the confidence to use their voice in class, at school, and at home. Every session is structured, high-energy, and led by instructors who know how to make hard work feel fun. Classes are organized by age and ability so every child trains at a pace that pushes and excites them.

Ninja Sharks Ages 3 to 6 Classes

Little ones aren’t too young to start building big habits. Our Ninja Sharks program introduces children aged 3 to 6 to movement, listening, and following directions, all wrapped in a playful, encouraging format that feels more like an adventure than a class. Instructors are trained to meet every tiny learner where they are, with patience, energy, and a whole lot of high-fives.

Special Needs Martial Arts Classes

Every child deserves to feel capable, included, and proud of what they can do. Our inclusive instruction approach means we adapt our pace, communication style, cues, and repetition so each student can succeed on their own terms. If your child learns differently, this is a place where that is not a limitation. It’s just the starting point.

Birthday Parties

Skip the soft play and the chaos. An Action Karate birthday party in Nazareth is active, exciting, and totally stress-free for parents. Kids get to break boards, earn a mini belt, and leave with a memory they’ll talk about until next birthday. We handle the details. You just show up and celebrate.

Why Action Karate

Voted Nazareth's Best Martial Arts School. Here's Why Families Stay.

Choosing an after-school activity is a real decision. You’re choosing where your child spends their time, who influences them, and what kind of confidence they build. Families across Nazareth, Easton, Tatamy, and beyond keep choosing us and here’s what they tell us makes the difference.

Skills That Go Beyond the Mat

Our students train with professional-grade sparring gear, kicking shields, and target pads that build genuine speed, strength, and technique. But the real progress happens off the mat in how your child holds themselves at the dinner table, how they respond when something gets hard, and how they treat the people around them. Martial arts at Action Karate Nazareth shapes character, not just coordination.

A Community That Pushes You to Be Your Best

Action Karate Nazareth has been part of this community since 2003. Over two decades, we've watched students grow from shy three-year-olds into confident teenagers and confident teenagers into instructors. The relationships built on this mat are real, and they last. When you join us, you're not just signing up for classes. You're joining something.

Instruction That Meets Every Student Where They Are

No two students are the same and our instructors know it. Whether your child absorbs things through demonstration, verbal instruction, or hands-on repetition, we adapt our approach so learning actually clicks. We celebrate every breakthrough, no matter how small, and we never leave a student behind. That commitment shows up in our 4.95-star rating and in the proud parents who refer their neighbors to us.

I absolutely LOVE action Karate! The staff genuinely care and the owners are really good people! Action Karate has made a huge impact on my family and the community. They not only teach self defense, but build self confidence, discipline, grit, and character. I love Mr. Jeremy’s lessons and stories through out class. My son is thriving because of them.

Action Karate is AWESOME! The entire staff are always kind, friendly, and professional! They know how to exactly mix business with FUN! We have been a member for about 9 months and love everything about the experience. Our son has made new friends, he is learning new skills weekly, and is continuously being taught life lessons that will help him become a responsible and respectful young man! Being a part of the AK family has been one of the best things that we have done!

My 5 year old son has been doing classes here for about 6 months now and it has been an extremely positive experience. They really instill pride, grit, discipline, and so many other awesome qualities into the kids with their fun and engaging classes/lessons. My son majorly lacked confidence and was easily giving up on challenging tasks, now I see a major difference in him, he embraces the challenges and problem solves. I can’t speak highly enough about Mr. Jeremy who leads the classes. My dad had me in karate for my entire childhood and therefore I was extremely picky about what I wanted for my son in regards to Karate because I knew exactly what I wanted out of the experience. Action Karate Nazareth has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend.

Our Story

Over 20 Years Rooted in Nazareth

Action Karate Nazareth has been part of the fabric of this town since 2003. That’s two decades of belt ceremonies, broken boards, nervous first classes, and proud parents. We’ve grown alongside this community, and the families who found us in those early years are still here, now sending their kids and grandkids through the same door.

We don’t just teach technique: we build leaders. From goal-setting conversations between instructors and students to mentorship opportunities as they advance through belt ranks, Action Karate Nazareth is intentional about developing the whole person. Students learn to set targets, push through difficulty, and hold themselves accountable. Those habits don’t stay in the dojo.
This recognition reflects over two decades of commitment to the families and community of Nazareth. It’s not a number on a plaque. It’s a reflection of every student who pushed past their comfort zone, every parent who trusted us with their child, and every instructor who showed up ready to make a difference.
All Action Karate instructors are background-checked and safety-certified before they ever step on the mat. Our inclusive teaching approach ensures that students of all abilities, learning styles, and backgrounds are welcomed, supported, and challenged appropriately. This is not a school where only the naturally athletic thrive.
In a world of screens and sedentary afternoons, Action Karate gives kids a reason to move and to love it. Our classes are structured enough to build real discipline but energetic enough that your child will be asking when the next one is. Physical fitness and mental focus grow together here, and it shows.

I was inspired to become a martial arts instructor through my own experience with anxiety. Training gave me confidence, structure, and a sense of control when I needed it most. I realized I wanted to be that support for others—to create a space where students can build not just skills, but confidence, resilience, and belief in themselves.

Community & Partners

Our Role in the Community

Action Karate Nazareth has never been just a training facility, it’s been a neighbor. For over 20 years, we’ve shown up for this borough: at local events with Nazareth Borough, at daycare graduations where little ones earn their first belt and celebrate with pizza, and in classrooms at partner schools. Our community isn’t something we market. It’s something we’ve built, one relationship at a time.
